“The only problem was their room key machine was not functioning and she couldn’t make keys. She had to go with us to our room and let us in everytime along with several other guests. Manager was not available to help nor could they find anyone to fix the machine. We felt sorry for the sweet young lady having to handle everything on her own! She was great! Always smiling!”
