Old, rundown, smell, torn curtains. Check in lady was rather rude. Later when we found the a/c was making a terrible noise and couldn’t sleep, her replacement, a young man, was very understanding and helpful. Got us another room and checked it out first. Very friendly and helpful. We only saw 2 cars - thought it was us and the worker. Signs said they are remodeling but we saw no signs as we were there on a Sunday. Remodeling is good - this BW is not pinpoint standards of most we stay in. Disappointed but only stayed 1 night. Cannot recommend.

The property is undergoing renovations yet was still clean and incredibly quiet with all the work going on. We had an updated room that reflected the improvements done— would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was fine and the price was right. We sat around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help us check in. When the person finally arrived, she was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited but heynitbwas free and well stocked and pretty decent. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Would most likely stay again if back in the area.

People were nice at the front desk was the only good thing about it. I wouldn't even shower. Sofa and chairs in the lobby were filthy. Tables had coffee rings on them. Carpet was coming up in the room. Dirty sheets. The curtains were not on right partially down. Looks like a homeless place. Wish I could get my money back.

Rooms could use some updating. Older toilets, low seats, poor flush, no drain plug in sink. Need better hangers - kept falling off / thru notch. Dusty/dirty in corners. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They’re breakfast and coffee was very good.
