During my recent hotel stay, I was impressed by the exceptional staff. The next day, I received a text asking about my experience, which I appreciated. I mentioned enjoying my stay and requested a change of sheets after a couple days.
However, when I returned that night, I found the old sheets still in a pile on the floor and no towels provided. Surprised, I called the front desk and learned an engineer would come to make the bed, but I was also concerned about the towel situation.
I decided to visit the front desk for a room change. The young lady there was very accommodating and quickly helped me move to a different room, which I appreciated. Despite this minor hiccup, the overall experience ended well.
