The house was great. Very clean and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet and nearby many of the places we had planned to visit.

The house as adequate for our needs and comfortable. The only confusing part was I didn’t realize this was a duplex and the house number wasn’t clearly visible so we circled around the neighborhood before we figured it out. Easy to get in the house. Close to grocery stores. necessary

Positives: Instructions for check in were clear and easy to understand, cleanliness was good. Beds were comfortable. Location was good and close to stores/coffee. Neighborhood was super quiet at night. Not positive: we received explicit reminders that we had to make sure to pull the trash/recycling to the curb on separate days, the contents of the bins were mixed trash and recycling, yet both bins were labeled “recycling”. The water pressure in the showers was poor. There were hand soap containers at the sinks, yet they were all empty or nearly empty and I had to search around all the undersink cupboards to find some soap- I did finally find some soap. It would seem that anything any prior renter has ever left behind- partially used toiletries etc were left in the bathrooms, so it was cluttered.

My wife, daughter, granddaughter & I stayed here as we were in town for our son’s wedding. The property was clean and ready at the expected time. Communication with the owner was good. An abundance of towels was a very appreciated thing. Just so you know: There is a driveway that fits two cars. If you need more parking than that it could be an issue as there is only parking on one side of the street making it difficult to find any additional spaces. Overall we were very pleased with the property. It met all our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

As a family of four we needed a place to stay while we explored DC every day! This was perfect. Not too far from the city and not too close either! The unit was clean and had practically everything needed in the kitchen to prepare meals for the fam (I would recommend a potato masher though!). The driveway parking was awesome. I can’t speak to the TVs and such as we didn’t really use them. Overall a great location and I would consider renting again if we take another trip to DC!

This was a perfect home for my two toddlers and my mom to stay in for our DC vacation! It's located in a nice suburb far enough outside the city to be away from the crazy city sounds but close enough to drive back and forth each day. The host was great with communication, we loved having our own driveway and not having to deal with street parking, and the home was stocked with everything we needed to prepare simple dinners with ingredients we bought at the grocery store around the corner.

The house was a perfect location for our purpose of being in town to visit family friends. Nice quiet neighborhood. We only had breakfast at the house. Everything we needed for that. I am sure we wouldn’t have had any difficulties if we had prepared other meals while there as well. I accuracy on listing a 4 because I didn’t know (maybe I missed it) that the home was a duplex and our entrance was on the side. We arrived after dark, and it took us a minute to find where we needed to be. Thanks for a great stay!

A nice little house/duplex located in a beautiful neighborhood with great shopping nearby. Located just outside of DC which makes it convenient for traveling tonthe capital without the worry of staying in the city. Also extremely close to the Stephen F Udvar-Hazy Air & Space museum. Definitely a place I would stay again

Spacious house in close proximity to GMU. Overall had a great stay. We did have a hard time finding the house but we did check in at night while it was raining (address was on curb). I'd put in the posting to go in the side door because the front door is for a different residence.
