“I'll begin with the positive - the interior of the property was clean except for carpet stains. The drain in the tub was nearly totally clogged - had to use a plunger each time a shower was taken. Also, we tried to start the washing machine and dishwasher as requested, but there was no soap for either. The garbage from previous tenants was left outside the entrance door. There were several bags which had been rilpped open and the garbage and trash were spread around the entrance - the smell……

“Property was just what I needed. 1 bed 1 bath. Had boat ramp right next to building with plenty of parking area, including covered parking for boat with power to charge batteries. Went when water way drawn down and boat ramp still usable and able to get to main lake/river. ”

“Our family had a great stay here for a week in Trussville to visit family. Its in a great location in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The flat was beautiful, had everything we needed, spacious, and very clean. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The only reason that I gave the neighborhood/location 4 stars is because of the parking. Parking was not an issue during the week, but if you are arriving on a weekend during busier hours, parking was limited. On Friday and Saturday……

“Great new apartment near restaurants and bars. Very nice furniture. The only issue is the train that comes by in the middle of the night blowing the horn. Other than that it’s a great place. ”
