“Excellent location, easy to find. Communication was great. There were a few areas that could have been a bit cleaner. Upstairs linen closet was a mess with sheets literally wadded up and tossed on to shelves. Made us wonder if they were clean. The floor of that closet was super dirty. Not a big deal, but sleeping in clean sheets is a priority so we did wonder after that. Kitchen was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. Didn't feel rushed out the next day which was nice. ”

“We used this as a venue for my small intimate wedding reception and I couldn’t believe how amazing it was. Genuinely can’t get better view like this. The place also has QR codes everywhere that has instructions for how to use specific features, etc. which was very creative. The backyard was the perfect space to host an event and the hosts were so accommodating and responsive!! 100/10 no notes. ”

“We had a fun time. The kids loved it. A couple of issues came up, but LiLi took care of them right away. ”

“Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. It was quiet and nice to cook our meals. There could be a few more pots and dishes. For those wanting to ski you are about an hour from Deer Valley and Snow Bird”

“The property had beautiful views, was very clean, has nice gathering spaces . Our concern was the parking and the many ongoing emails about penalties for parking on the property. ”

“The space is great overall and hosts were great to communicate with. The only downside was the noise from upstairs woke us and our kids up a few times - just normal living noise/ - just not a lot of insulation on the floor (that being said our babies had their crying moments and I’m sure they could hear us upstairs and we’re patient with us)”

“We have stayed at many properties over the years and this is by far the largest property we have stayed at. Plenty of room and tons of amenities. Best bang for the buck around.”

“The basement apartment was cute and nice sufficient if you want to do minimal cooking. Note this is a basement apartment with a family of young children above. It was loud you can hear everything. Loud even after/before the set quiet time that was asked of us and we were told they would also honor the times. So just be advised. If you do not care then this is a nice place to stay, great location, lots of things nearby. ”

“Perfect rental for our family weekend at Sundance. The cabin matches the description perfectly. Cozy and old school cabin, made for a perfect family trip.”

“It was a very clean apartment, easy check in and out process. It would have been nice if there had been hangers in the closets to hang clothing. I recommend that an iron and ironing board be added to the apartment. We were in town for a wedding and our clothing was very wrinkled. We used the dryer but... I also recommend re-positing the toilet if possible. I'm 5'10 and my knees were hitting the wall. It also would have been nice to have fans in the rooms since air is controlled by the upstairs.”

“We loved this property! It was clean, modern, and had enough beds for all of us to have our own (super important for our group!). We loved the main floor gathering space, including the bright kitchen, ample dining room table, and the wonderful cozy sectional. It was the perfect place to hide from real life and renew for a weekend!”

“Location is Great. Near Provo Canyon in a quiet safe neighborhood. Beautiful yard and surroundings. Parking is a bit interesting as the property is on the side of a high steep hill. We loved our relaxing stay here. ”

"The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to complain."
