The house is well-equipped - we saved money by buying lobsters and cooking them at the house. Don’t miss the botanical gardens, Farm 23 bakery or sunset on ocean point!”

I do think the listing should be adjusted to be clearer about the following: 1) The bedroom, while large, is on the floor above the rest of the apartment, with a long and steep flight of stairs down to the bathroom; 2) The only window in the bedroom opens onto a fire escape that reaches to the ground, so we did not feel comfortable leaving it open and found the……

“Our time in Brunswick was great and this Vrbo was OUTSTANDING!! The rental was very comfortable, clean, well appointed and very quiet. Also, it was bright and spacious, comfortable and cosy. The sunlight coming through the sliding glass doors in the morning was warming and lovely. We found the bed to be very comfortable as well as the living room furniture.
