“This is a brand new apartment block conveniently located at close proximity to many amenities in Chennai. We stayed here just over two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The proprietor Sampath is very helpful and communicated with us on WhatsApp well in advance to identify our needs. “I have booked through Expedia, when I reach there, they said that no reservation. And gave a room which is not clean!!! Staff don’t know Tamil and English. Only Hindi speaking. We checked three rooms, there are bed bugs and cockroach. Very bad smell in the washroom. We reached there around 9pm, we had to stay that night and left. Wouldn’t recommend!!! ”
