“No. 1 Apartments are the gold standard in St. Andrews. I’d previously stayed in apartments for a larger group, but this was my first stay in an apartment for 1-2 occupants. I loved the room—it was roomy with plenty of space for suitcases, to put my clothes away, etc. Although there was no kitchen, there are enough takeaway breakfast places in the vicinity that I didn’t mind and the Nespresso machine was a plus.”

“The apt was well situated for comfort and easy access to all of St Andrew’s. With 2 locations in town they have a lot of options for single and group travel. I really liked the premium feel to the apartments and was well taken care of in communication with their staff when I had questions during and the option to leave my. Ava before my trip home was very welcome. Thank you!”

“We stayed one night as had already stayed before. The apartment although small was tastefully presented and finished to a high standard and very clean. It had everything we needed in terms of shower, fridge, WI-FI. Its in an ideal location as within walking distance to the Elie deli, Ship Inn or indeed the beach. ”

“Well located within a short walk to South, Market, and North Streets. The flat is well-appointed and has ample space for two couples. The second bedroom lavatory/shower is not en suite, and has twin beds. I suggest asking that the twin beds be joined if two couples are renting. Modern fixtures (plumbing, kitchen, etc.). This will be a first choice for future stays to St. Andrews.”

“The apartment was nicely updated, decent location in a beautiful Scottish fishing village. The owner was available by phone on a couple of occasions. Check-in would have been simpler with detailed information on how to work the door handle. Also, detailed description on how to use the washer/dryer combo would have save us time and the owner energy costs.”

“This is a small flat in a residential block that provides good, basic accommodations with a Tesco nearby. We were a family of 5 adults, in a transit van, touring Scotland. The on-street parking with a van was difficult due to all the local residents’ vehicles. The host was very responsive to communication and we had no issues that warranted action on their part. ”

“Overall was nice, though a little cramped for four. Amenities as described, we were disappointed at the lack of toiletries as the cute toiletry bottles were one of the deciders between this flat and one of similar price. Photos are doctored for colour; it's nowhere near as orange as it appears! We also had the impression it was bigger from the photos.
