“The property is huge and maybe we were a little unprepared for that but it was a very pleasant experience and I am glad we gave it a crack versus the big names. “All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good……

“It was so quiet and peaceful. Spacious. In addition to this house, the other homes were also beautiful. It was a nice treat to walk around and take pictures of everyone’s garden. Lots of orchids. There was a great Sunday Brunch with lovely live music. ”

“TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep..”

“Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!”

“When I vacation I usual stay at a hotel or a resort but this time I decided to do something different and am more than glad that I did. Being here made me feel like I have my own house on a private island. The property is in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful there which allowed me to really relax here. I can’t wait to come back again! Loved it.”

“It’s your own place , so it’s private. Our house was right across from the pool and workout area, so very convenient.
Security on site so definitely feel safe.
You do need transportation if you do decide to stay at the villas.
Communication was available 24/7 if you needed any assistance.
Would recommend and come to this property again , as this is my second time staying at Richmond Hill Estate Villas !!
