Great location however the floor was sticky in the room and the toilet looked as though someone had used it. Not the worst but probably should have spent the extra for a name brand hotel. Room was very small and dated. All the wall sockets were worn out and loose. Again bargan price for the location but expected a bit nicer.

Not bad for the money but they surprised me with the resort fee that was 45 bucks on top of the two day stay cost. And defensive when I asked about it. Wont stay again.

The property is immaculate. The gardener does an outstanding job. The private walkway to the ocean id breathtaking. The pool is sunny, private & relaxing. Our room was perfect and exactly what we needed. The front deak personnel, Shanon & Laura were ver friendly and helpful. The housekeeping ladies were so friendly and cheerful. We'll definitely be back. We seriously didnt want to leave. Thank you La Fiesta Ocean iInn & Suites for making this one of over top favorite vacations. So much to do in the areas or just sick back and relax all day.

We stayed in the Suite Building. We had an outside patio where we would eat our breakfast every morning. The breakfast delivered to your room was a very nice perk. The grounds were gorgeous! The beach was a short walk away and not crowded at all. Everyone that worked there was really friendly.

Rooms a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. I stayed 2 nights in a townhouse unit with upper balcony ocean view. Adequate breakfast delivered to room each morning. Grounds were beautiful. Pool looked nice but I did not use. Parking was good; beach access good. Check in easy. I recommend the townhouse units.
