MARINA SUNSETS -- SAINT AUGUSTINE DOWNTOWN HISTORIC DISTRICT

This property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the city of Saint Augustine. This is a 2 story house with the apartment located on the second floor of the home. This apartment is a complete unit separate from the downstairs. The apartment is entered from the ground floor with an inside staircase that leads to the second floor. It is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view. From the space on the second floor you can enjoy the panoramic view and the many marinas through the oversize windows and front porch. Sailboats, Shrimp boats and other water vessels provide a rich visual feast. The scene is always changing. The apartment has central heat and air, a fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, king size bed, queen sofa bed, picnic area with gas BBQ grill, easy walk to town center and a short drive to beach.

The space is so lovely with the owners beautiful original art on the walls - this is only outdone by the view of the marina and the gorgeous sunsets. My friend and I enjoyed every moment in this well appointed space and ate every meal on the porch to take in the views. It is a very walkable distance to the downtown area / restaurants / shops. We highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay - we wish we had booked for a few more days!

A wonderful stay in a historic neighborhood
From beginning to end, we had a wonderful stay. The unit is in a great location in a historic neighborhood. We used the on/off trolley our first two days to acclimate to St. Augustine. The sunset from the porch overlooking the marsh was stunning each evening. The unit is filled with beautiful original art which greeted us as we entered the property. Thought has been put into the welcoming parking area, walk to the porch and the unit. We will stay again…

Marina Sunsets is a beautiful place to stay. Hyacinth was wonderful to communicate with, got back to me within minutes of asking a question. Great unit for a couples getaway
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately for us it rained so we never saw the beautiful sunset. It is a great location. Very close to everything in St Augustine. The grounds could use a little TLC but it was fine we were sightseeing most of the time.

Amazing home
What a wonderful place. Everything was just as advertised. Bedding was extremely comfortable and having access to both a front porch and a back porch was awesome. The owners responded quickly with any questions. The ambience with all of the artwork and detailed grounds are beautiful. We will definitely be back and recommend this to all of our friends.

Marina Sunset is the perfect escape for a couple... Quiet, relaxing and beautiful balcony views of the marshland and marina. We enjoyed the local restaurants, Mantanza inlet beach, sunset boat cruise and the historic appeal of St. Augustine.

Amazing home in an amazing city!
This home was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The location was great, so close to the downtown area, we were able to walk to many of the shops, restaurants and historical sites. The view was amazing out the back picture windows and the back porch to view the marsh and watch the birds and sunsets, and it was neat to see the neighborhood from the front porch as well. The home was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need, and the artwork was beautiful. The hosts were very accommodating and available to communicate with. Overall, this was an amazing place and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Marina sunsets is a unique property- Michael and Hyacinth have created an eclectic one of a kind experience for people looking for the perfect getaway. Very nice property. Loved all the little amenities that were added such as a plug next to the bed water in the fridge coffee a bottle of wine chips. A little bit of a walk to downtown. But doable. Loved the Ice House and the wineries that was open walking distance. Also had a food tour which we met really close to our place also.

The property was quaint with lots of outdoor garden landscaping, a common area for all to enjoy the sunsets. The space was everything we hoped and more with art inspiration in each room. What we enjoyed most were the decks front and back while also soaking in the peace and quiet each day.
