Enjoy a cozy stay at this stylish 2bdr/1bth on Anastasia Island. A quick 15 minute walk over Lions Bridge and find yourself in Old Town St. Augustine! A short drive or bike ride takes you to the beautiful white sands of St. Augustine beach. Walk to many wonderful cafes, bars, shops, fine dining and many year round attractions. Enjoy the history and landmarks of this ancient city! Ideal for couples, girls weekends, families or Flagler College visitors, potential students and their parents!

THE SPACE

This condo has everything you need to make your trip a relaxing one. Recently renovated and updated, this spotless and stylish place is great for couples or families!
The kitchen is full furnished and loaded with all your cooking essentials. Including a blender, toaster, and some cooking spices and essentials. Coffee maker, coffee and tea are provided.
Relax on the back patio with a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night. Or if you prefer to stay in for a movie night, both the living room and master bedroom have smart tv's and Sling!
We also have board games for some quality family time fun.
The king bed in Master and twins in second bedroom are all comfy memory foam. Both bedrooms have loads of closet space so you can unpack and feel right at home. We have beach towels and chairs for those beach days and if you're feeling adventurous and like having the wind in your hair there are bike rentals only a block away!
Coin operated laundry is on premises as well.

GUEST ACCESS

We have free parking in front of the property. One space is included but there is guest parking as well if you have visitors.
Other things to note
There is so much to do and see in St. Augustine and the surrounding areas!
Take it all in or slow down and smell the sea breeze and watch the boats sail by. Here you can do a little or a lot! Whatever suits your fancy! Visit the Lighthouse, Tour the Castillo de San Marco Monument or ride on a trolley through old town. Take a walking tour if you're a history buff or enjoy a round of mini golf with your kids!
The Alligator Farm is fun for all ages as you can see oodles of different species!
And of course the beach, for those who like to stay on the sand and look at the waves or plunge in with a surf lesson, take a walk on the beach or a bike ride!

This condo is centrally located to walk or drive to many of the historic sites. There is a great restaurant down the street within walking distance called the Conch, food is great and you can take a water tour boat from the marina. The condo area is quiet and family friendly! We loved staying in your condo and had a great trip. The weather was absolutely the pits, but we made the most of it. It felt so homey there. There were 4 girlfriends that made the trip and we would definitely like to stay again - when the weather is better.

Perfectly located on Anastasia Island - a 15 minute walk over the bridge to all the lights and lively scene of St Augustine. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family. Kitchen is well stocked and wonderfully clean. We arrived late at night after travel and were thrilled to find fixings for a snack - it’s the little touches that make a great host! Bed, linens, towels, closet space - all terrific!Location is close to so many cool things - we walked to breakfast at Sheila’s Cafe - highly recommend and walked and walked and walked to explore this beautiful community. Definitely see the alligator farm - fascinating to see these creatures up close (not toooo close) We will be back…maybe for good….

The condo was amazing. It was very clean. They thought of everything from extra towels to body wash. The walk to downtown St Augustine was about 10 minutes away very easy. There were a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Can't wait to go back. Thank you so much.

This rental was exactly as advertised and well-appointed for a short visit to the island and St. Augustine. We enjoyed the proximity to island activities and gorgeous beaches, as well as a wonderful walking distance across the bridge to the historic town. Property managers were very responsive and helpful.

We booked this property for a girls weekend. The owners made it such a seamless process and have a beautiful set up. Each room is intentional and decorated super cute. The owners thought of everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We were Walking distance to shops and restaurants which was a huge plus. This property is a must stay if you are headed to St. Augustine. 10/10!!!! Thank you!

This property is beautifully appointed and the pictures are 100% accurate. We were very comfortable and it was an easy drive over the bridge. Walking is definitely an option but the extreme heat was an issue. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The property was nicely decorated in all rooms, kitchen and all areas well stocked, comfy beds and quiet. We loved how central the place was to all the attractions downtown and the beach. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend and would stay again. (Suggestions: tighten light within ceiling fan as it was loose when pulling chain. Slider door to bathroom could use new track and wheels as roll was not smooth). None of these suggestions change my review.

We had SUCH a wonderful stay at Andy and Renee’s property! The place is beautifully furnished and decorated - one of the nicest decorated rentals I’ve ever stayed in. They have really maximized the potential of a two-bedroom place! And they truly have thought of everything - we were so impressed by little touches like ziploc bags in the kitchen, aloe vera in the bathroom, laundry detergent, lots of cooking equipment, children’s books, and a coffee bar. The beds were cozy and comfortable and the screened in porch (with a fan!) was the perfect spot for coffee and a book in the mornings. We loved being able to walk to Mellow Mushroom and weren’t more than a 10 minute drive away from beaches, downtown St. Augustine, ice cream and lots of restaurants. And Andy and Renee were super communicative and easy to reach and so nice! We would absolutely stay here again!
