Great please to stay . 5 minutes walk to everything is right next to the museum the Lightener A lot of beautiful things to do and many restaurants. The hotel includes breakfast very delicious I will totally stay again.

Very clean room. Very Quaint property. Excellent location to explore historic area. So many options within walking distance. Or hop on the trolley. Beautiful plate presentation on breakfast which was included in the room rate. We would stay here again. Only complaint was no coffee maker in the room.

The office was closed during our entire two night stay. When we arrived, our keys were in the mailbox. I had to call the number posted on the door to ask which room we were in. No communication whatsoever. I asked the waitress during breakfast the next morning what the WiFi password was. Once I left the property and returned, the WiFi no longer worked. Breakfast was very good, but I wondered why another table had additional options added to their breakfast that were not afforded to us. The room was clean, but the furniture was old and worn. The deadbolt on the door did not lock. The location was in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and historical buildings.

Curb appeal ✔️, friendly staff ✔️, beautiful room with goegeous stained glass windows ✔️, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on ✔️, outstanding breakfast served beautifully with excellent service with Barbara ✔️. Great location to walk to attractions. Parking was reasonably convenient. The included breakfast was very good, but there was no coffee or other beverages available anywhere on the property until breakfast was served at 9:00. We walked a few blocks to a coffee shop the first morning. There was some street noise and street lights that were hard to block out. Bathrooms could use updating.

If you want to explore Saint Augustine, this B&B is in an ideal location. You can walk to pretty much everything. It is definitely an old building with a very small bathroom. We asked about staying another night but no one got back to us. The TV was broken. It only got one channel and when we called, no one responded to our request to fix it. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room itself was also very clean. There are no elevators so you have to walk up a steep flight of stairs. The breakfast was delicious. I understand the restaurant is very popular although we did not eat dinner there.
