Rent bikes and enjoy a short less than one mile ride to Anastasia Park (3 miles to beach access), or a 1.5 mile ride over the Lion's Bridge and around the cobblestone streets of the Old City. Take in popular concerts in the St. Augustine Ampitheatre just a one mile walk away. The fully fenced backyard will become your favorite oasis for hanging out with family or friends, splashing in the pool, sunbathing, or resting in a hammock among the shady tropical foliage. Tiki Nest has a spacious kitchen and living space which features an open floor plan and large breakfast and dining area perfect for family meals and games. The back screened porch is a great place for a morning cup of coffee, or an afternoon chat. The hammock cabanas are a great place to curl up with a favorite book. You will find all you need to prepare meals "at home" in the fully stocked kitchen. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
