Split bedroom set-up has owner’s suite at back of house and additional three bedrooms in the front. Your spacious four-bedroom home away from home awaits you in this quiet neighborhood in World Golf Village. Pretty neutral décor with high ceilings throughout. Well-stocked full kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space, and the eat-in nook along with the separate dining room offers plenty of eating places. Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer leads to a two-car garage. 3rd Bedroom has baby crib. Other baby items are available upon request with 48 hours' notice. This includes a highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and porta crib. All items are subject to availability. This home offers a split bedroom set-up with the owner’s suite at the back of the house, two additional bedrooms at the front, and one in the middle. New laminate/vinyl plank flooring and tile throughout the common areas. Enjoy the beautiful Florida climate as you visit with family and friends on the private screened lanai. Beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest) are available in the property. This property offers a 60" Samsung Smart TV with Comcast streaming channels in the living room. All bedrooms have Smart TVs with cable, as well. Disney+, Paramount, and Peacock apps are available for guests. Additional apps can be accessed by guest's subscription log-ins. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays.

On the day of check-in you will receive lockbox access instructions at 3:00 PM. The lockbox is on the front door.

Pets are welcome, but must be housebroken and approved in advance. A $75 pet fee applies and must be paid before arrival. Aggressive breeds are not permitted. Please message the host before booking with your pet’s breed, age, and weight to confirm approval. After booking, you’ll need to provide a photo of your pet and a current vaccination record.
