I had a wonderful full month staying here. The staff is super helpful and accommodate your needs. This is a big hotel and they get it done while being courteous even when you can tell they have a lot to do. It was always quiet and my neighbors and I created great friendships. There is plenty of parking and a new Starbucks right next door. If you're looking for an extended stay or just overnight I highly recommended Stayable Hotel St. Augustine.

everything in the statement is true I did not use profanity I just gave facts. the person behind the desk should be fired and never work with the public again. her mouth was horrible with profanity. I arrived to check in at 3:55 p.m. and did not get my room until 6:45 that night.. I was sitting in my truck in their parking lot watching the person clean my room. the person that cleaned the room cleaned it with her dog inside running all over the room.worst place I've ever stayed never again

I would love to give good reviews but it was not a good experience. But you get what you’re paying for. Still little dirty bed hard feels like you’re sleeping in the floor you have to pay $25 for extra towels. You hear everything outside alone food steps upstairs. Front office not open early. I would not advise to stay there unless the have a good mattress and cleaning crew. Has a mold smell. There mirror was nice new toilet. Table is nice. Oh bring your own comforter. DISAPPOINTMENT

Where do I begin... our stay has been AWFUL!!!! There are bugs in our room, the bath tub is rusty and stained, the heater sounds like a car muffler, the room is dirty. The floor is sticky and every surface is covered with dust. The sheets are old and towels are old and stained and need to be thrown away. The door barely closes. You can see the outside from inside the room. The door's bolt lock does not work it's broken. The hatch lock on the top part of the door is missing. So no secure lock on the door. I told the front desk employee about these issues and asked to be switched to a more sufficient room. She said she would get back to me the same day and NEVER did. The microwave sits on top of the fridge and has to be MOVED to the vanity to be plugged up because there is no plug for it behind or above the fridge. RIDICULOUS! The worst part has been the horrible strong stitch of a smell in our room. It is breathtaking. We have had to open the door everytime we are in the room to get some type of air circulating in order to breathe. We have smelt cigarettes and Marijuana in our room coming through our vents from people using in their rooms. We are all sick now bc of this polluted air in our room. There are no workers or any type of security ever walking the property. I had to call the police one night bc a couple that was in the room beside us was arguing and slamming doors and things inside their room and outside ALL NIGHT LONG! Another night, i had to call the police AGAIN bc
