“Beautiful hotel tucked away in the wine-making hills of Ockfen close to the Saar river. From the hotel we visited Trier which was a very nice experience. We visited during end of November, which is low season. The hotel itself is very well maintained, very beautiful, and the staff (like the people of the area) are all very friendly. There are play rooms and a sauna, so plenty of opportunities for relaxing. The hotel has a restaurant which is open to the public. Highly recommend visiting.”

“My family loved our stay at Romantic Hotel! We stayed in two deluxe rooms and they were beautiful and spacious. The hotel provided an arrival gift -- fresh fruit, chocolates, and water. There was a little noise from the street in the evening but it quieted at bedtime. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to fix an issue with a missing key. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Trier. ”
