“We have just spent May bank holiday at Grooms cottage-wow what a place. We took our two dogs with us. One is just 14 weeks old, we needed the break after breeding puppies earlier this year.The cottage was safe and secure, just like it said.The property is set in a rural location however you are just a 30 minute… give or take a few drive away from main attractions.This was more beautiful, relaxing than we could have imagined.We hope they will allow us back.Thank you so much, just what we needed.”

“It had an Ant infestation, the patio doors did not work, The wood burning fire was out of order and decor dated.”

“Lovely location, next to a small farm. Great views from the balcony, stars at night were spectacular. Nice waking up to the rooster and cows. Our large dog loved the securely enclosed paddock with a lake in the middle. Extremely cosy and warm cottage.”

“Overall a very good stay, however, the bathroom floors really need a good clean. Beds are a bit creeky and not great for light sleepers or fidgets. Area very quiet and beach very special. The sunset at Bedruthan Steps is a must see. ”

The house itself is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to play and relax. The master bedroom is stunning. We especially loved how easy it was to access the sea, the beach, and the coastal path – perfect for morning swims and scenic walks. “Good location amazing views of Quay and out to sea. Good base for easy walk into town etc, access definately better for older childen and those with no mobility issues as steep narrow external staircase as advised by owner. ”
