It was beautiful with fabulous views of Bear Lake, a gym, theater room and a kitchen and eating area that included a large scenic balcony! We can' say enough good about how much we enjoyed our vacation there!We highly recommended it to many friends and other extended family members! This is definitely a10!!!”

“Gorgeous view of Bear Lake! We had a wonderful family vacation here. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative things are that you have to verify your identity with Vacasa, a rental agency, after you've booked with VRBO, or they will not grant you entrance to the property. The hideaway bed in the living room is basically unsleepable because it's flimsy. We just used a cot we had. It's an older home, but it met our needs. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Spacious, organized, family friendly!We had a dozen adults and a dozen children at this house and it worked perfectly! Location is fantastic, pool and hot tub were a lot of fun, and there are a variety of bedrooms and sleeping locations for every age group and family size. The kitchen was large and equipped enough for a large group, and there was enough space in every room to accommodate everything we wanted to do!100% recommended for a large and busy group ”

“Check-in was seamless and stress-free, which got our trip off to a great start. The kitchen was excellent—well-stocked, clean, and perfect for preparing meals during our stay. We also had no issues with the Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected when needed.We loved the clubhouse, especially the two pools that our grandchildren absolutely enjoyed. The private beach was nearby and easy to access, adding to the convenience and relaxation of our stay.Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable……

“Great property! We had all ages and stages and the house was stocked with everything for everyone! And there was plenty so you weren't washing the same 5 dishes or towels over and over again. They even have plenty of kid dishes, cups, utensils etc *Just bring your own beach towels if going to the lake. Any minor issue I had, like batteries died in remote (I'm an insomniac and watch TV during the night) was addressed as soon as I let Amy know. She is just a text/call away.Everything was labeled……
