“We were pleasantly surprised with this mix of original and modern updated cabin! It is well maintained, fully stocked with extra added touches and nicely decorated rooms. It has that “home way from home” feel and very cozy. Nestled between my sons wedding location and reception it was the perfect location. Our hosts were awesome too, very prompt in getting back to me or answering emails! We definitely recommend The Fox Den! ”

“This is a comfortable, small house on a gravel road in the woods near Blue Mountain State Park. Kitchen is well furnished. Property manager Tori was very helpful when we couldn't figure out how to switch from a/c to heat. A great back deck with shade from big trees. Mostly quiet--an occasional car goes by on a bigger road nearby, and one afternoon there was target practice or fire crackers. A good place to relax and get away, but the wifi works if you want to be connected.”

“We stayed at this place for 3 nights and it was awesome! The hosts Marilyn & Charlie are very nice and caring... they are the best! Our vacation was very relaxing and we enjoyed the quiet time with family sipping morning coffee in the balcony and doing barbecue by the firepit in the evening. Not having wifi or mobile internet was a blessing... our kids enjoyed board puzzles, reading books and watching birds after a very long time! The views are breathtaking and there are many fun activities……

“Perfect getaway. The property was absolutely gorgeous. The house was completely stocked and clean. The river is a few steps out the door. It rained the entire time so we didnt fish much. The host susan went above and beyond. If you're looking to be off grid this is the place for you. We are already planning our next trip(we plan to stay a lot longer next time. ”

“Our family enjoyed staying here during the Thanksgiving break. We shared the cabin with our extended family: 4 adults, 4 teenagers. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we are very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, which was much appreciated as we cooked all of our meals. The view was beautiful, and we loved the large windows overlooking the mountains and the woods. I would love to return.”

“We stayed at the cabin and went to the mountain ridge ATV park for the weekend. The cabin was so clean, decorated with a cozy feel, has everything you could possibly think of and more. It’s in a quiet secluded area. The host’s were super friendly and very responsive. We would 100% rebook!! ”

“Rented the Country Cabin. First, loved the location as it sits back from the main road. Very quiet, wooded and secluded. The cabin was exceptionally clean It was in “new” condition. The furniture and beds were all extremely comfortable. Met the owners and they couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend!!!!”
