First and foremost, the host is incredibly considerate. Before arriving, she was in constant contact and answered all questions/concerned very quickly. Once we arrived, she had more than enough drinks inside and out by the hot tub. She had also provided snacks in the dining room.
The cottage was done very well and had a real nice country feel to it. Tho we spent more time outside enjoying the sounds of nature and the occasional rabbit or hummingbird that stopped by.
The pavilion with the hot tub was very relaxing and very enjoyable even while it rained. After a long day of exploring, we were able to unwind in the hot tub with the radio turned on and drinks in the fridge.
The only minor issues are how close it is to the road, although the rode does not have heavy traffic and while in the hot tub, you don't even notice. And to get to the second bedroom, you have to go thru the first.
Neither of those will prevent us from staying here again and we are all looking forward to enjoying this cottage for an even longer stay next time.
