Sleep easy in this safe and tranquil neighborhood on one of nine premium comfort beds in this 1500 sqft, fully furnished home. Your smart lock entry code is changed with each guest's stay for added safety. Awake refreshed and ready for a day of exploring with Keurig and complimentary Dunkin Donuts K-cups and hot chocolate, or cook a big meal, pack lunches, or prep dinner- the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. High-quality linens and towels (including pool/beach towels) and a laundry room with a high capacity washer and dryer make adventure clean up easy. As do the complimentary soaps, detergent, and cleaning supplies.

Bring your big toys- there is room to park your boat, RV, UTVs, or other toys outside, as well as a two-car garage. Slanted curbs all-around home make for easy parking. Picnic baskets, coolers, and camp chairs are also on hand for your outings and adventures.

For cozy nights back at home base, the charming back patio with a private hot tub, propane grill and fire pit will be the perfect way to end the day. Enjoy conversation on the comfortable front yard patio furniture or spread out on the lawn with the outdoor ladder toss or croquet sets. For days at home, find yourself stocked for fun with board games, puzzles, a retro 3000-game 2-player arcade gaming console, three large smart televisions, and high-speed wifi. Read up on Zion National Park, Southern Utah's history, or nearby hiking trails with provided historical and guidebooks. Nice - well used

This is a spacious house - a good place for a large group with kids. 45 minutes from Zion - La Verkin is a nice alternative to springdale for a house rental, just be prepared for the drive if your main focus is visiting Zion. I write “well used” because some of the jets did not work in the hot tub, the freezer leaked moisture into the fridge (just a little but made our food wet) and the dishwasher had a coating of brown sticky stuff that made us not want to use it. The management company was very responsive, agreed the dishwasher needed a deep clean and offered a discount for future rentals - not so helpful to us but a nice acknowledgement of a problem. We had a blast at Zion and Bryce - the house was easy to find, has a great fenced in yard with grill and hot tub - so despite the small maintenance issues, we had a great time. Just know its a house that has seen some heavy use.

Wonderful House

This home is perfect for a southern Utah vacation. Close to everything - grocery store, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Sand Hollow sp, White Canyon and Sky Mountain golf course. The house is well-appointed and has the most comfortable beds. The outdoor living area from the gas grill, hot tub and fire pit was totally enjoyable.

Great home base for Zion adventures

Great property to act as our home bar while visiting Zion. Only 30 minutes to Zion yet in an area with plenty of amenities. Also nice to relax the sore muscles from a long day of hiking in the hot tub.

This was a comfortable home for our 3 day stay. The hot tub and backyard was divine. The smaller bedroom bed was super uncomfortable tho. When there are two people in the bed, it sinks to the middle. It would have also been nice to have more cooking utensils. The can opener was broken. Even with these little things, it was a nice place to stay.

Perfection

We have stayed in many vacation rentals. This one is at the top for cleanliness, supplies, clear directions, ease of entering, communication etc. There were loads of complimentary shampoos and conditioners, laundry soaps, and a lovely supply of spices, coolers, chairs, and a whole closet of towels. The home itself was beautifully decorated. We did not have a single complaint and many, many compliments. Would very gladly stay here again.

This is our families first trip to Utah so we really didn’t know where to sta. We pick something that was fairly close to Zion national Park which is where we wanted to spend most of our time. The location of our rental was perfect very close. The description and rooms and amenities were great. The light was out on the porch so it was kind of hard to see as we were coming in at night. Everything was clean and amenities were great. Great place to stay great location to Zion national Park

Zion Vacation

Had a great stay. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day hiking. Utah is so beautiful. Sunset around 9pm took some getting used to. One of the fuses was out when we arrived. Management sent maintenance over within 15 min. of our arrival. Loved the set up of the house. My husband and I were on one side of the house and my teen was on the other side. The bathrooms were stocked with tons of towels and pool towels. Master bed was a pillow top and uncomfortable to me. Kept rolling to the middle. The wand for the blinds was broken in the queen bedroom. Could not close them. Black stain on the carpet outside the laundry room. Definitely a vacation rental.

A Homey-Hub for National Parks

Meticulously clean home-away-from-home with many thoughtful touches which made our stay welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing. 310 La Verkin was close to wonderful restaurants and fabulous hiking! We hiked Zion, Snow Canyon, and Kolob-all just minutes away!! The hot tub and fire pit added evening fun! We can highly recommend this VRBO!!

Many things on this home were not working or in need of repair. Contacted property manager morning after we arrived about issues. The problems we experienced were items they advertised. They were shown pictured in their ad or in their write up. The patio lights were out, fire pit did not work. and even though listed as no pets no smoking--cigarette butts and poop piles in yard. Lights on hot tub did not work. Had to call about unusable pots, pans, and cookie sheet, even though house is listed as having a stocked kitchen. Dryer made a loud squealing noise when running. I had asked for a garage door opener but was told they would not supply one as they were afraid we would break it. Told we could manually open and close the door. Most of the blinds were in-operable. There was a slow sink in the master bedroom. Beds unmade in bunk room upon our arrival. I called and reported items immediately and as the week progressed, we found more things needing repair. Told things would be remedied "after we leave." The only thing they partially took care of was a few pots. Never had a large stove top skillet or cookie sheet. Dishwasher filter was caked with food and didn't seem to be working as we found dirty dishes in cupboard Given a small credit but would rather have had what we thought we paid for.

Sister's Weekend at Zion

Now that the kids are grown and we have more freedom to travel, three sisters from three different states got to spend some quality time together at this well-appointed property. Having separate bedrooms, but shared living spaces, worked out perfectly for us. The property description was spot on, and the location worked great for early morning access to Zion with an easy drive home after a long day of hiking. If you are looking for a base camp for your own Zion adventure, you've found a gem!
