Another Day In Paradise is a spacious 1,812 sq. foot, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is thoughtfully designed, providing a spacious layout with bedrooms that offer a quiet and private retreat.

Whether you seek relaxation or plan to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the family/recreation room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, explore a network of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, experience world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and take in breathtaking views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

Fun in the sun !

We had a wonderful time . We were pleasantly surprised at cleanliness, kitchen amenities , the two decks , spacious . One thing I would suggest is getting a new couch , not very comfortable . Location was great, beds were wonderful !

Lovely home with beautiful view!

It was definitely worthwhile to reserve a home in this neighborhood that backs to the golf course. The view was nice, and it was peaceful to step away from the more active side of the home. The home was spacious, clean, and accommodating. We liked that it was slightly out of town so that we had the opportunity to drive and see the beauty of that area.

We LOVED this place! Great beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was so clean!! Very bright. We had family over most every day and everyone was comfortable with plenty of room. Outdoor spaces were great too with back patio and upstairs deck out front. Planning on coming back often. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful!

Great place in a nice neighborhood. The place was very clean! The only issue with the house is the balcony location. It would have been better in the rear (for views, etc.) The location was good. About an 8 mile ride into town. Plenty of great restaurant options. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about going to Zion. Its close enough for an easy day trip.

We absolutely loved this place. The property was beautiful and very clean and modern. The front opened out to the pool and pickle ball court and the back open up to the golf course. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean property

The property is new and was clean and ready for us. There were plenty of extra items, pool towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The home is located right by the pickle-ball courts and pool, very convenient!

Great unit

This was a great property. The only issue we had was with the heating and cooling unit. It was either freezing or burning hot upstairs with no in between. Made it very uncomfortable to sleep upstairs.

Saint George mini vacation

We loved this property. Everything was perfect. Close to pickle ball courts and swimming pool. Clean. Everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Decorated beautiful. We needed help with the television and the host had a maintenance man there within 10 minutes. Can’t beat that kind of service!!!

3 night stay

Very nice place and amenities and location. Easy to check in and out. Quit area and right next to golf course and nice pool. The only issue we had was the smoke detectors/CO alarms going off at 1:00 am so we had to disconnect them. Other than that issue, it's a great place and I would stay there again assuming the smoke alarm issue was fixed

Family Visit and Hiking in Utah

This property is spacious inside and well equipped for grilling, cooking, watching TV, sitting on the deck drinking wine, or enjoying the amenities of the property. My family really liked the location since it was just across from the pool and the pickleball court. The beds were all super comfy and the location of the property to St. George is only a few minutes away. The stars were absolutely gorgeous just up the hill from this property. Thanks for a beautiful condo and lovely stay in Utah.
