I didn't want to leave a bad review but the hotel did not email me back about the cleanliness of everything.
Our son stayed here in March 2025 and said it was very nice and clean. I don't know what has changed but the place is not clean at all. We arrived around 6PM and there was only 5 cars in the parking lot and so the whole place should be clean after guest turnover right? Wrong! Everything was dirty! the front door mat, the floors, the hallway carpets not vacuumed, the elevator, (do you not have paper towels and windex?) the stains on the bathroom floor in our room and the dozen or more stains on the walls. This looks like an entire staff that doesn't care at all. These are all things that can be taken care of by cleaning and maybe in some cases touchup paint. Not to mention the Stained bath towel. It was 108 that day and the A/C was off in our room. Let me say both ladies at the front desk were nice, But I can see the problems with your staff, nobody is managing them at all. In the morning the person from the Kitchen sat on a couch looking at her phone from 6 to 6:30 at least and the then from about 6:45 to 7:15 when we were done with breakfast she sat in the kitchen at a prep table eating and looking her phone more. Maybe she should have been cleaning something or picking up after the guest that were of course making a mess. We have 8 couples staying there for 4 nights in November 2025 and I have no trust in this staff to have it clean. Give a reason not to cancel!
