The front desk clerk wasn't welcoming. He barley spoke to me during check in. The power went out at hear 3 times throughout the night. The room got stuffy and hot. We will not stay again.

Rooms were spacious. Some things i noted were - 1. Roof was leaking in corridor. 2. Shower floor had water stains. 3. Curtains had stains on them. 4. I thought inns had dining area which were usually open so that guests can use it. Thats how i saw in other inns rhat i stayed at. But my husband was asked to leave with food in hand after breakfast rime. Not sure why. Even for cleaning, how can someone who is eating be asked to leave with food in hand? Is this a hostel or inn?

We were shocked at the condition of the property. It appears, at least in our room they tried to renovate but it’s kind of patched together poorly. Our shower had mold in it (flip flops worn) and the actual building itself is incredibly dilapidated. Forget even attempting the free breakfast.

Toilet paper holder fell off wall, hair dryer broken, windows and window sills dirty, common area carpet filthy, several broken windows in hallway, security door propped open, freezer needed defrosting...wouldn't freeze things, same breakfast choices both days, no bacon or meat choice

We did have a clogged toilet, but they took care of it immediately. The staff is friendly & courteous. The problem I am having on my trip at the beginning of October is that are not warmer blankets on the beds. Yes, I could put the heat on, but I usually sleep with a warmer blanket and avoid the heater. the Red Fort Indian restaurant was a big surprise. Everyone there was so nice & the food was very good/excellent. It’s a good location and only about a 20-30 min drive to Zion.

The hotel facilities were unkept. Didn't like the bright lights peeking through. there was no screen for the window when we wanted to open for fresh air. Building is not accessible for those who need access. The breakfast area was bad - no windows. The oranges were not ripe and the water container was empty when we came for breakfast. No one was available to assist us.

We stay at the hotel 4 nights, Oct 2 to 6.On Oct 4 when we back from our day spent time, we discovered that door lock to the room was open. Door itself was closed but not locked. Immedialy we applied to the front desk and notified about it. Representative says that will call manager tomorrow. Because this incident is very serious we asked for incident report. We back to the our room and checked our belongings. Fortunately nothing missing. Next day we ask front desk again and person says he is manager but no any badge showing his position. He says he knows about incident but in a couple of minutes says he dont know whats happened . We repeat our request for report. Upon check out we talked with same "manager" and he shiws video from camera that door was closed. Yes, door was closed but not locked. Finally after useless discussion we asked for discount. He says that we need apply to Expedia . We are serious persons and always paying attention to door when going out, even at our home. Please give a notice to the hotel management. Please give as a report and discount for this so serious incident. Thanks

The room was clean with comfortable beds. The pedestal vanity sink had no storage space. The shower basin was dirty and the shower faucet was loose but worked. They didn’t have Kleenex in the room. The parking lot was speculated so I did not feel comfortable in the evening.

I was assigned dirty room. My new room had dirty bathtub with paint peeling from ceiling. I have a service dog and the receptionist resfused togrant me the room I booked saying it wasn’t pet friendly. I told her I searched pet friendly hotels and rooms and she still refused to give me the room I booked and refused to give me the price difference. The exit doors were ALL PROPPED OPEN all day and night. No key needed to get into hotel or parking area. Anyone could just walk in. There were a box of molded oranges next to the ice machine in a main entrance of the hotel. I felt unsafe there. Very very disappointed with purchase.

Did not feel safe here. Outer doors are not locked. Anybody can come in at any time. Took multiple trips to the office to get my room door to work. Plenty of parking if you arrive early. Great breakfast. Won’t stay here again.
