I stayed with my family for a weekend. Hotel was nice and I would stay again. I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the poor quality of the pillows and free breakfast. Entrance to parking lot was too small and you couldn’t take a left leaving the hotel. Staff were friendly and overall it was a good experience

The area where the inn was convenient to where we needed to go. The place itself was okay. We had to request to have our room cleaned and the toilet was backed up and we requested service and it took 4 hours before a staff member came through to get it fixed, inconvenient considering we had to wait in the lobby after being out all morning and sweating from our excursion. As far as staff, they were friendly and engaged. Overall, I give it a 3 star, affordable.

I didn't want to leave a bad review but the hotel did not email me back about the cleanliness of everything. Our son stayed here in March 2025 and said it was very nice and clean. I don't know what has changed but the place is not clean at all. We arrived around 6PM and there was only 5 cars in the parking lot and so the whole place should be clean after guest turnover right? Wrong! Everything was dirty! the front door mat, the floors, the hallway carpets not vacuumed, the elevator, (do you not have paper towels and windex?) the stains on the bathroom floor in our room and the dozen or more stains on the walls. This looks like an entire staff that doesn't care at all. These are all things that can be taken care of by cleaning and maybe in some cases touchup paint. Not to mention the Stained bath towel. It was 108 that day and the A/C was off in our room. Let me say both ladies at the front desk were nice, But I can see the problems with your staff, nobody is managing them at all. In the morning the person from the Kitchen sat on a couch looking at her phone from 6 to 6:30 at least and the then from about 6:45 to 7:15 when we were done with breakfast she sat in the kitchen at a prep table eating and looking her phone more. Maybe she should have been cleaning something or picking up after the guest that were of course making a mess. We have 8 couples staying there for 4 nights in November 2025 and I have no trust in this staff to have it clean. Give a reason not to cancel!

Booked a 2 night stay and had to check out one night early due to a work emergency and they did not want to refund me for the second night that i had to cancel due to work. Booked through Expedia and Expedia reached out to facility and they still did not want to refund the second night stay

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Do not book this hotel if you have a late flight. Our flight came in late and I messaged the hotel beforehand. The online choice hotels policy says you can check in anytime before 7am. The Sleep Inn booking listing/confirmation also says that check in is open until 6am. Due to a late flight /rental car delays, we arrived a little after 4:30am which is hours before the check in cut off times. The employee working at the front desk that night said we were too late (contrary to the policies posted online) and he could not check us in or else he would be fired. Expedia tried to call and resolve the issue but he eventually stopped answering the phone. This employee told us there was no manager who could be contacted and that he had no idea when a manager would come to work and that he did not have a number for a manager. He also represented that there was no corporate help number for sleep inn/choice hotels and that there was nobody to contact to address situations that arise. That is shocking to me that a hotel would leave an incompetent staff member without a way to contact help if a situation arises. That is not a safe practice for a hotel, as many situations can arise at hotels that need proper support. This staff member was incredibly unhelpful and rude and showed no desire to help us. We had to sleep in our car. Sleep inn breached its duties and public representations and I would not feel safe staying here again.

Nous sommes arrivées dans cet hôtel et quelle ne fut pas notre surprise en découvrant que l’unique fenêtre de notre chambre ne s’ouvrait pas! Nous avons demandé à la réceptionniste d’avoir une chambre avec une fenêtre qui s’ouvrait. Celle ci étant nouvelle, elle ne savait pas que les fenêtre étaient fixes partout. Nous avons demandés à être remboursés car il était inconcevable pour nous de dormir fenêtre fermée. La réceptionniste a essayé plusieurs fois en vain de contacter son manager. Elle nous a dit de contacter notre plate-forme, expédia pour demander un remboursement. Ceux ci nous ont dit qu’on verrait le lendemain matin car aucun manager n’était disponible. Le lendemain, alors que nous avions changé d’hôtel. La décision est tombée. Aucun remboursement alors qu’il n’est marqué nulle part sur le site que les fenêtres sont fixes! Nous déconseillons cet hôtel!!!!
