The well-equipped kitchen with Gulf views has all standard appliances and a shaded balcony looking toward the community swimming pool. The coffee maker is a 12 cup drip with a single cup drip option.
Upstairs is a calmly hued beachfront master bedroom with Queen bed and beach views with private balcony overlooking the Gulf. This master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower.

Tile floors throughout the main living space with brand-new carpeted bedrooms, there are 12 stairs to reach the main living area and another 12 stairs to reach the bedroom level.

The community offers use of a large community swimming pool with outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grilling area, fish cleaning station and beach boardwalk. Centrally located, you will have easy access to the center of St. George Island where area businesses and restaurants are located!
Parking is available for vehicle parking only; boats, trailers and RVs are not allowed. Please note, parking is not assigned but parking passes are required (provided by management).
