“The stay was great, only 3 things I would change 1 need dishwashers other than me :) 2 child proof the pond, 3 remove some of the beautiful but fragile furnishings,, thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful home.”

“House was a good size for what we required. Plenty of space to relax. Pool was good once we cleaned it. It was pretty dirty. We were unable to use the grass area as the grass was overgrown and needed mowing. Overall cleanliness was ok. Just the ovens and bbq needed a really thorough clean. Main issue was the damp smell of the lower ground floor. Carpet may have been wet and not dried??”

“Our stay in Swanhaven was absolutely splendid! The accommodation is in a perfect location, with the beautiful Swan Lake only a 5 minute walk away! The house is spacious and tidy, with most amenities available. The only downside is when booking, we missed that towels were not provided, so for future travellers just be mindful to pack some with you for your stay! The booking process was seamless, the hosts were lovely and helpful throughout our whole stay, always very prompt when responding to our……

“Lovely property, neat modern furniture. Excellent ceiling fans,beautiful outlook right on water. Just a bit dusty, heavy dust on aircon vents which indicates filters havent been cleaned,bathroom sink a bit mouldy and a very tatty rusty shelf unit should be replaced. Mainly dust on flat suraces and bedroom blinds, plus around toilet tiles. Otherwise very niceaccommodation..”

“We had a wonderful time at Beachway. There was plenty of space for the adults, the teens and our two dogs. What a superb location! We could walk to the lagoon and Berrara Beach. Cudmirrah Beach and Swan Lake are really close by and we went to both. The house had everything we needed and more. Our teens loved the downstairs area to watch movies and they played table tennis as well. We all loved seeing the kangaroos and the native birds everywhere. We’d love to come back in the future.”

“The property is essentially one room & has everything needed including well equipped kitchen area. separate shower room & laundry. Great fenced area for the dog & outside seating for humans. Outside shower useful for washing sand off after beach visits. Close to dog-friendly beaches & lagoon for walks & swimming. ”
