“Very responsive to requests. Helpful and friendly owner and staff. The property listing states "Restaurant" however, you can buy a meal (good local cuisine) but it is whatever is being cooked that day. No menu. I am sure the cook would prepare food to meet your needs. I enjoyed the local meals. ”

“Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. The staff was excellent, always available, made all our dinner reservations, security guard onsite all night and the owner, Ken, was there the entire week we were. “VERY disappointing; admittedly booked on a budget, but we were expecting a decent location. Provided pics are sooo deceiving...Not much cooking possibility with the provided cookware. Bed mattress and/or box spring should have been updated YEARS ago! Kitchen furniture falling apart, with not much organization for doing the dishes. “With its own beach and an ideal setting on the west side of Caye Caulker, this large house was a great stay for a long weekend. There is easy access to the split the beach on the west side of the island and is quiet as supposed to the more developed areas in Belize.Caretakers Ron and Walter Were available in person or by phone every day during our stay and helped us immensely take care of our daily tasks and needs, including a visit to the doctor across the split.
