I was really impressed with the house keeping. I opted to have the room cleaned every 2 days but, every day the house keeper will check and made sure that I did not need service. When the room was cleaned it was thorough. The restaurant offered great service and the food was very good. I would have liked a bit more variety on the menu however. I did like that "village-like" vibe, though the rooster 🐓 waking me up at 5 in the morning was a touch too much😅. Trully a nice place to stay if you are looking for a quiet place with great service or if, like me, you need a place where you can continue working peacefully in the evenings after an hectic day of meetings.

Room was decent. I did have trouble with mosquitos because they are gaps in doors so I left with a few bites. Lovely view. Staff was efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend as a good place to stay.

Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! From moment that I arrived until the moment I departed, I was impressed countless times with the exceptional customer service. My room was clean. The view was fantastic. The amenities were wonderful. I enjoyed the complementary continental breakfast every morning. I took advantage of the complementary transfer to the beach and back. They even had an in-house taxi driver, Annie, that I rode with many times. The food at the restaurant was very good. Donnell at the front desk was personable and friendly. I plan to return next year and stay at the Bay house. I’m looking forward to that.

Phenomenal boutique hotel. Built out of a former majestic residence..amazing view of Grand Anse Beach & hillsides. Phenomenal culinary experience..breakfast lunch & dinner served 5 star. The views from the Bay House were stunning. Loved the quiet atmosphere, great food - some of the best meals we had anywhere on the Island! What made the stay outstanding was the staff. There was not anything we asked for that we didn’t get right away. Pauline took especially good care of us, so kind and gracious. Bay House is a beautiful, welcoming space with extraordinary staff. The restaurant, the pool, the shuttle to and from Grand Anse Beach,and the view from our room all contributed to a wonderful stay. Our room may have been slightly lacking in amenities such as a luggage rack or dresser, but that was minor. A warning to those considering renting a car for their stay: driving to and from The Bay House is a harrowing experience. Forget the rental and use the shuttle and taxis. That's the way to relax!

The room was advertised as a "romantic suite", it was gross. It smelled horrible like damp and mold. I had to spray it for mosquitos myself, I could hear every single word from the people next door and the room doors were closet doors, not actual doors. They are slatted wooden doors to enter the room. Its not a suite but a very small room that opens to the bathroom. Its two twin beds with just a sheet and very small blanket. The lobby itself is stunning so when i walked in i was excited to see my room. But that quickly changed when the door was opened, it was like a dark, dingy closet. Breakfast was included but not good, it was bread, fruit, warm juice and coffee (that there was none left). I fo have to mention, there was a lovely girl working at the snall bar when i arrived and she was very kind and friendly. As well as the woman who checked me in, she was very nice. The issue i had was with Mrs.Bishop who after my not so comfortable stay, emailed me to tell me i didnt pay $15 for my drinks. It was odd, as she came very aggressively, using multiple exclamation points in her text. I wasnt going to write a review as i dont like to bring a bad name to places and the people working when i was there truly were very kind but due to Mrs.Bishops aggressive messages i now am.

The Bay House is located in a lush and beautiful hill overlooking Grenada's bay. The decor and architectural design were elegantly chosen as a means of permitting the breathtaking views to shine, and justifiably so. The people of Grenada have always been extremely kind with me and the staff of the hotel were not the exception as expected.
