The positive points of staying at WyDown hotel:
This hotel is located in St Helena’s downtown on Main Street, even though hotel’s in a old building, but its lobby and rooms look very nice and very clean, it’s managers and staffs are well trained, they are friendly, and always willing to help. The first day after my husband and I arrived at WyDown, we couldn’t rest in peace because the heavy traffic noise from outside our room’s windows. The next morning I got an email from manager Michael, who promising to let us change room, by the afternoon we were able to move into a much quiet room. I’m very happy for hotel management’s quick response to our situation.
Here’s some suggestions for the hotel:
1) improve the insulation of hotel’s windows
2) replace room’s tv screen to the wall which facing the bed’s headboard, not to the side of the bed.
3) add some simple morning bread toast or cereals in hotel’s continental breakfast
