“The staff here helped a grumpy tired woman. Into happy rested and satisfied customer. I finally had a decent rest. Didn’t realise how tired and exhausted I’d become. They made sure that neighbours were more quiet. I think there beds are the most comfortable thing I have ever slept in. They have gone out of there way to make sure I have had a pleasant stay. “Pros: Free minibar, helpful staff, have Alexa to play spotify music, bath robes, slippers, spacious bathroom, great shower and you can choose what kinda pillow you need. located in a valley which has almost everything that you would need. close to Brisbane airport which is good for catching morning flight. Cons: the duvet cover was smelled a bit of wet when we arrived but it was taken care of when we raised the issue. shower gel smells of washing up detergent.”

“The property and amenities were world class. Coming from California for our first Australia visit- I was shocked with the overall kindness of the locals throughout our eastern AU journey.
