From start to finish, our experience at The Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa was absolutely flawless - I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Each and every member of staff was truly incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
Special thanks to Ronojoy (Front Office Manager), who organised our room, bookings, and every detail with such care and efficiency, making the whole experience seamless. Cornelius gave us a lovely and welcoming phone call the day before our arrival, which set the tone perfectly.
On arrival, Charlotte checked us in with warmth and professionalism, immediately making us feel at home. Krishna provided outstanding 10/10 housekeeping service, ensuring our room was immaculate throughout our stay.
At the Tassili restaurant, Lewis and Shashini took such wonderful care of us - their knowledge, attentiveness, and personal touches made the dining experience exceptional. Of course, we must also commend Chef Nicolas, whose incredible food was a true highlight of our trip.
