There was a lot of confusion during my check-in. The next day I was called down to the front desk and told that I had not been charged enough on my credit card. After that was explained to me, I agreed to an additional charge to complete my three night stay. Following that my credit card was charged repeatedly in different amounts. The manager, Danielle, was rude and unhelpful, very defensive, and a very poor representative of good customer service! She continued to charge my credit card even after I checked out and left the property.
I had to get help from Expedia customer service, and put a lock on my credit card in order to prevent this property from processing additional charges
