“We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our New Years getaway! Some pros include: the little details (noise machine and fan in every bedroom, labels on the light switches, board games and cards available, etc.), plenty of kitchen appliances and all your cooking needs, majority of the condo is updated, beds were super comfortable, indoor pool and hot tub, and the list could go on and on. The only cons we can think of include: amount of bath towels (we needed more), lack of kitchen……

“Very noisy will sound from normal walking and furniture movement from other units. Outside stairs partially blocked view from a not at all private patio. No a property to relax, provide own linens, too much cleaning.”

“Just enough space for my wife and I. Great location, only 0.2 miles from the restaurants at the pier in Southport.”

“Great get away! This was the second time we’ve stayed at the Fire shack. Jules was very responsive. Her restaurant is awesome. Great food and drinks. We love Bald Head and this is a perfect place to stay, sunsets over the marina were beautiful. ”

“My son and I had a great time staying at this location. It was clean, exactly as described and had little personal touches througout. It was a short walk to the beach and my son loved the walk in shower. He was able to access it easily and independently. The Brita was a great addition! The history of the Barracks was interesting. Thank you for including the information. We will be back! I would say it's great for a couple's getaway. We brought a full size crash pad and still had space to walk……
