“We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant. The front desk told us they had gotten new IT and he had to call his manager who……

“My wife and I and our son and his girlfriend stayed there for a week. We absolutely loved it very clean. Staff was very friendly right next to the train station easy access to everything room is very clean. Love the breakfast.”

“Es wurde angegeben, dass der Skilift Hahnenkamm in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sei, was so nicht stimmt. Mit dem Auto sind es knapp 6 Min. Fahrzeit dorthin. Im Bett waren einige Haare zu finden, und auf den Lampen lag Staub. Das Ambiente war ansonsten schön und das Essen sehr gut. ”

“This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Leitenhof. The royal chalet was perfect for us and had more than everything we needed for 8 days of skiing. Skiwelt was a short drive away, and if you don't have a car (or don't want to park at the ski resort) a shuttle runs frequently. The food was great, the staff wonderfully attentive, and in general it was a perfect getaway! Would absolutely stay again!”
