“We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant. The front desk told us they had gotten new IT and he had to call his manager who……

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Leitenhof. The royal chalet was perfect for us and had more than everything we needed for 8 days of skiing. Skiwelt was a short drive away, and if you don't have a car (or don't want to park at the ski resort) a shuttle runs frequently. The food was great, the staff wonderfully attentive, and in general it was a perfect getaway! Would absolutely stay again!”

“Es wurde angegeben, dass der Skilift Hahnenkamm in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sei, was so nicht stimmt. Mit dem Auto sind es knapp 6 Min. Fahrzeit dorthin. Im Bett waren einige Haare zu finden, und auf den Lampen lag Staub. Das Ambiente war ansonsten schön und das Essen sehr gut. ”

“This is a world class hotel. Service minded, but without pretentions, with the austrian discretion and elegance. Very good location, just 10 min from the train station or the city center including the Hahnenkamm ski lift, but taxi to the lift is available from 8:30 to 10:30 as a courtesy. The room was very confortable, bed included with a large elegant bathroom with two sinks and both shower and a nice bathtube where you could relax when you missed the spa after-ski. The spa area is elegant and……
