This property located Yepton beach. It’s 10 minutes ride to St. John’s downtown, 25 minutes ride to airport. This apartment is 3 floors setting one bedroom with two big outdoor patios, everyday is a different sunset view with nice breeze, quiet and safety area.

Excellent stay

Property is very spacious and good located: 2 beaches are only footsteps away. The view from the terraces is amazing. A rented car is recommended, so that one can reach a supermarkt and the restaurants, both only a 5-10 minutes drive.

A nice, comfortable, well equipped and maintained two storey apartment. Balconies on both floors, overlooking the lagoon in front of Royalton AI resort. The address is Pillar Rock Condeminium. These apartments are on a small complex next to Yepton beach. A north facing beach and a bit choppy. A 10 min walk will take you to Deep Bay beach, which is sheltered and calm. The area is a bit remote and you really need a hire car to be able to eat out and shop. They have some cars you can hire. We enjoyed our week here. The only downside is the amount of mosquitos, meaning you have to keep doors and windows closed at all times.
