“Great house! Family room has a pellet stove and a comfy couch which was cozy in the mornings and evenings! The “porch” which is all enclosed and has the game tables is also really neat…it does require you buying wood and starting up the wood stove out there which was really easy but just something to be aware of! It’s really close to lots of great restaurants, we ate at Munroe’s for breakfast which was excellent and there are a bunch of places in Bethlehem which is less than 15 minutes away!……

“This house was perfect for 3 families hanging out together before and after skiing at Bretton Woods (10 min drive). Pool table, ping pong, foosball, board games. Plenty of kitchen equipment, flatware and utensils. Comfortable beds and nice decorations. Definitely will return!”

“We loved the property overall. We used the river behind the house to ride tubes down, wade and build a fire next to. We also used the pool table, ping pong table and foosball in the game room. There were also ample t.v.s. and kitchen utensils. The location is ideal within half an hour of so many things to do! We went biking and hiking through the mountains, swimming in the lower falls, went to the top of Mount Washington and went zip lining in Lincoln. The draw backs were that the outside of the……

“I can't say enough great things about this beautiful home and Tim the property manager who made our check in very easy and always there when we had questions or suggestions on restaurants in the area. The location in Franconia was very convenient to 93, getting to Bretton Woods and also the Ice Castles in Lincoln. Everything was about 20-30 minutes from the house. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The fireplace was definitely a focal point as it was 2 sided in the……
