“There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.”

“Large room/bathroom with beautiful antique furniture. We stayed in the Benjamin room. Was a bit chilly in room upon arrival. We asked the property caretaker about how to adjust heat (old time radiators in room but they were not putting off any heat) she seemed to adjust the boiler thermostat but it did not make a difference. Found out that there was supposed to be a space heater in room from another guest and after texting the request to a number provided in host instructions they brought one to……

“This use to be a nice place in the past so we came back and it’s dirty, mold in the bathroom, no hot water, coffee just out of the kitchen cold. The toilet tank took too long to fill to flush. Saggy hall carpets. Terrible and will never stay there again.”

“The setup was incredibly welcoming and homey. The downstairs was full of character and the room was comfortable with a beautiful, and updated, bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and highly recommend.”

“My in-laws booked a room months in advance due to my father in-law needing a handicap room. We were called and said the people in the room extended their stay and now no handicap room was available. My in-laws needed a room like that. We were very upset. We did not like that it was an extended stay and no breakfast or other things like that. It was easy to get to from HWY and was in a good safe area. ”
