“The hotel was beautiful. The check in staff and others we met were stellar. Parking was easy and the extras like evening drinks, snacks and great breakfast were very nice. The fridge is small but cold. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and it was easy to control the temp. We couldn't get the fan to run contiously for white noise, but the hotel was very quiet, so noise wasn't an issue. Our room was nice as long as you didn't look down. “I love this hotel! It’s a renovated post office so it has various curiosities from the past – super tall ceilings, wide hallways, old school doors, windows and elevators. “Onsite parking was convenient and a cheaper rate than using nearby ramps. Could hear hallway noise at night. No continental breakfast which is a bummer. Our room still had items in the fridge from the previous guest. It's VERY convenient if doing anything at the Xcel though and will stay here again.”

“Very friendly staff at front desk and very clean in detail we could not get to parking ramp and the front desk people responded quickly and helped us resolve it. Maybe a key card would help and a little air freshener for hall but the room was excellent it was one of my best stays for me and my wife. Cause we were on a rough visit for my mother that was set to pass and we were thinking how difficult is to come in so late and the hassle but we will never forget the kindness and cleanness our stay……
