On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. “Breakfast, pool bar, housekeeping and Fisherman village staff were all friendly professional attentive. Had a great experience. Guest with small kids, please take note you can only go to 2 /3 of the onsite restaurants. Stone bar is only for adults NO kids. We weren’t told this at check in or when we made the reservation for dinner. It was quiet upsetting when we arrived with our 8 year old and was turned away.
