“Excellent area. This hotel has everything you need, but will be even better after planned renovations to the room. There is even a barbecue at the pool and seating in shaded areas. There is a delicious Jamaican restaurant and a bakery and coffee shop on site. And Peter’s fruit and vegetable van is parked out front daily. It is a short walk to a public beach where lounge chairs and umbrellas can be rented. ”

“We enjoyed our time at Mistle Cove. Condo is on 4th floor, there is an elevator, but took the stairs most of the time. Good proximity to restaurants, bars & Dover Beach. We were glad to have beach chairs provided with the unit. Pool was a nice option to start/end day. There is a small little beach area, not for swimming as current is too strong, but if you just want to sit on the beach, it's steps away and does have sun/shade.”

“Ocean spray apartments are an absolute dream! The staff was wonderful and helpful, and the area around is stunning. The restaurant is currently being built but my husband and I checked out the local markets close by and found lots of food to make ourselves with fresh eggs, fruit and bread. There are tons of bus stops that can take you all over the island if you dont want to rent a car, if you ask the bus drivers they will always either take you to where you need to go, or point you in the best……

“If you're looking for a comfortable bed, clean room and can tolerate a drizzle of a shower (even after they sent someone to fix it), this is a great place to stay. Safe, steps from a beautiful clean beach with chairs and umbrella included, nice and helpful staff. Good restaurant and bar onsite, late breakfast or lunches til 6, lots of options nearby too. Right on bus route. Some might not like the bare bones rooms, but we were too busy touring the island or lazing on the beach to care. Would……
