“Beautiful property on the shore of St. Lawrence River. We stayed in Cabin #1, which was clean, kitchen adequately equipped. Only caveat is this cabin is at the base of a surprisingly long stairway (we were told cabin was accessed by stairs, but not this many!), so moving in and out of the unit required significant aerobic ability. Also living room is oddly narrow, not a great family gathering area. But, wow! the view. We’ll definitely return, but stay in another cabin (hopefully #3, which is……

“Talk about glamping! This is a wonderful space for people who want to enjoy nature with all the comforts of home. We had so much fun taking our dogs everywhere... In the boats that were provided, hiking Salmon Falls and Selkirk shores (which are very close by), and spending time around the fire. The only thing that surprised us was how close all the cabins (and subsequent deck/fire pits) are to each other. But everyone in the other cabins were friendly and respectful and many had been coming to……

“The outside is in the process of being renovated, but inside was just newly renovated & comfortable. Loft 1 is situated by being tucked away in back away from the crowds & noise of Downtown Alexandria Bay & you can see the St. Lawrence river from the porch and if you walk just a little bit, you can sit on chairs by the river. The location was minutes away from Captain Thompson’s boat tours, restaurants & stores. No need to drive. Barbara NJ ”
