ABOUT THE SPACE
Welcome to our elegantly restored duplex home in St. Louis, where old-world craftsmanship meets modern luxury. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by gleaming hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and cozy, modern furnishings. The living room features royal blue sofas and a wall-mounted HDTV, perfect for relaxing evenings. In the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and black solid-surface counters create a stylish space for culinary adventures.

With five lovely bedrooms, including a main floor bedroom with a king-size bed, and four additional bedrooms upstairs, sleeping up to 12 guests, everyone will find their perfect retreat. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed, and two shared bathrooms offer convenience and comfort.

Outside, a petite porch provides a charming spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage, while a fenced yard offers space for kids and pets to play. For added convenience, we provide a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a high chair and playpen. Our property is ideally located just minutes from St. Louis's top attractions, including the St. Louis Arch, Busch Stadium, and Forest Park. Whether you're exploring the city or enjoying a romantic night out, there's something for everyone nearby.

THE LOCATION
Plenty keeps you busy in the St. Louis area, whether you are in town for family or friends. This St. Louis home is in a prime location, just minutes from all the best attractions! If you're traveling with kids, be sure to check out The City Museum. It's not quite what you would expect from a museum, per se. The City Museum has been voted a must-see destination in St. Louis.

Let's not forget our most famous attraction here in the Gateway to the West. You will be a 5-minute drive from the St. Louis Arch and downtown. Are you a baseball or hockey fan? Busch Stadium, the home of the St. Louis Cardinals, and Enterprise Center, the home of the 2019 Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues, are both within a 10-minute drive from this home. Be sure to catch a game—St. Louis has some of the best sports fans around! Maybe you're looking for a romantic night out? Be sure to check out The Hill for great Italian food, or head over to the Central West End for live music and cocktails at Scarlett's Wine Bar.

Lastly, Forest Park has a little bit of everything for the outdoorsy person! Dine at the boathouse, rent paddleboards, get a tee time at the Forest Park Golf Course, and see some animals at the Saint Louis Zoo. This is the largest city park in the country (yes, it's larger than Central Park in NYC), so there is plenty to explore.

PET FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet; a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. This policy is in place to help protect our home and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests. If you are a local resident looking to book for a special circumstance, please reach out before booking. Unapproved local reservations are subject to cancellation.
