Not a very well kept place. Breakfast is bare min. Rooms are to be properly cleaded and new furniture is badly needed. Everything is bare minimum.while price is not.

The room service and front desk was not very reliable. I inquired about clean towels and was told they only stock once a weekend, but would make an effort to bring towels by amd they never did the entire weekend. The room bathroom did not have any toiletries oe soap in the bathroom nor any coffee and such in the room with said coffeepot. Breakfast had only cereal, and donuts with coffee... nothing else. We will not be booking there again. You bet what you pay for I guess.

After the check in and being charged an additional $100 room deposit “To ensure that I don’t mess up the room!” That was not on any website so it was unexpected. Got up to the room and the door didn’t fit the door frame. One good push and it would probably open without the key. I have pictures and videos of the whole room. The floor looked like it has been there since the 70s was nasty and looked unclean. I asked for a NON SMOKING room and must have got a use to be smoking room because you could smell it. At this point I really looked around the room and found where someone did smoke in this room because cigarette ashes were in the dresser drawer. Found burn marks on the sink and in the shower. The bathroom door was coming apart. The toilet bowl was stained and gave the water a yellow look. The bathroom ceiling tiles might have fallen down if you touched one. The bed was so old it had a permanent indentation where people have slept on it. No signs of bed bugs! Thank god!!! I could go on but I think this is enough. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY!!!! No I didn’t ask for another room for fear it would be the same or worse.

I am not picky about hotels at all. As lomg as the hotel is clean, thats all I care about. This hotel is not clean. Its by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The back door, which is usually secured with using your key card, was closed with tape - not even locked. The towels, washclothes, and sheets looked dirty. A mouse trap is used to hold open the door for the treadmill. The staff were very nice. The quality was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in.

Dried up blood all over the sheets, hair everywhere. Dirty carpets with old cigarette holes. Decorated from the 70s with old dirty curtains and bedding. Front desk worker was very sweet and customer protected though. I ended up checking out two hours after checking in. I was terrified of bed bugs.

The property is very run down. I nearly left without checking in. We made it to our room, put our bags down and saw a roach in the bathroom sink. We left and found another hotel.
