Overall, not bad. Only poor experiences was that water leaked from the shower which also flowed out of the bathroom into the main area. When low on items such as toilet paper and towels, front desk would not answer the phone when called (3 times).

Reserved a non-smoking room. The room had been smoled in and a cleaning agent had been used to try to hide the ividencfe. Still had a smoke smell. Desk staff was not welcoming or cordial. The king bed was uncomfortable. However, the breakfast people were helpful.

We had to switch rooms 3 times to find a semi-clean room. The entire hotel just seemed to have a dirty feel. One of the rooms we were put into had dried blood on the light switch and blood stains on the comforter. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel as well. Very disappointed and would never stay there again. The staff was somewhat helpful and it didn't seem like it was completely there fault but the entire place was terrible.

Rooms were very clean. However the front desk person was not friendly and very short with us. A lot of marijuana smell throughout the hotel. Breakfast was dissapointing.

The room was clean. However, we were confirmed for an accessible room. We asked when we arrived for tge bottom floor and were told none were available. Instead, we were given the 3rd floor in the last room on the hall, farthest from the elevator. After getting in the room, we found that it was not even an accessible room. It was just a regular king room. We went down for breakfast just before 8 the next morning. The hot food was gone. I told the front desk and he eventually came to replace the food. It took 35 minutes for him to replenish the buffet breakfast and it was barely edible.

Tried to check in around 6:30p. The staff said the room wasn't available yet, even though check in is at 3pm. Said to give them 30 minutes and the room would be available. Went to dinner and returned around 9:30p and was informed that they had overbooked and didn't have a king suite available, when I was told 3 hours ago our room would be ready in 30 minutes. They had no wash cloths available the entire stay. They kept saying, "We should have them tomorrow." multiple days in a row. The room was not very clean.

The pool was not available, drained and out of service. There were 2 young children in our group and the pool was important. The room was dirty! There was a clump black hair on the shower wall, blood around the bottom of the toliet and trash beside the bed. The freezer had frozen brown substance frozen in the bottom. The bed had black hair on the sheets. Called the front desk to have the room cleaned. Was told the general manager was on the property but when i went down to talk with him, he was no where to be found! Requested a refund and left promptly!

We arrived an hour after check-in only to be told that our room would not be ready for 20-30 minutes. We understood, the clerk said they were short staffed. The clerk disappeared for a couple minutes and came back and said our room was ready. When we went to our room we noticed it was dirty, with a fake nail, bobby pins and sticky spots on the bathroom floor. The refrigerator had what appeared to be soda in the freezer dripping down. There also looked to be mold on the wall below the sink. We reported this to the clerk and they were gracious enough to refund our money, though the staff didn’t seem overly concerned that the room wasn’t clean. Also as an FYI, the indoor pool was drained and closed.

Gosh where to begin!? Let me just say REBECCA IS AN IMPECCABLE INDIVIDUAL!!! She keeps the hotel rocking and rolling! I am grateful to have met her and our stay was phenomenal! The breakfast was good, room service excellent and hotel is clean, cozy and quiet. If owners are reviewing these reviews REBECCA DESERVES A RAISE!!! Not to leave out the rest of the staff who were equally nice and helpful; Aiden, Collin and the two other guys I didn’t catch their names(sorry). I would definitely recommend this place to others as well.*****

I asked for two wash cloths & the young man at the front desk looked around at the room behind the desk then went to a blue tote & started taking items out of the tote. I asked him if he knew for certain if those were clean. He said I think they’re just stained. I said I want clean ones. He said he’d have some brought up to our room in about 45 minutes- that NEVER HAPPENED. No room service came on the second day to empty trash or give us new/clean towels. The young man at the front desk is lacking in customer service skills. The pool was closed & apparently has been for months but the website said they had a pool and that’s one of the two reasons I booked this hotel. The second reason was because the website said no pets allowed but there was at least one dog staying there. The fruit at breakfast was too old to be served- bananas were BROWN. Trays of food sat empty for several minutes - at least 15-20 minutes both mornings we were there. Breakfast was 7-10 and at 7:45 the egg tray was empty so I asked if there would be more and the person there said no (I looked at it when we left the hotel at 9:30 and there were eggs- not sure why she told me no at 7:45). The floor level buttons in the elevator were super hard to press and sometimes didn’t work at all. Thankfully, the button to open the door back up worked so we could get out. We parked on the backside of the building because our room faced that way and we could see our car but the back door didn’t latch or lock.

Tim at the front desk was amazing!!!! the property was very clean. Staff was very helpful especially Tim. The bed was so hard it felt as if I was sleeping on a BOARD.it sat very low as if requested a accessible room. I had two rooms rm 322 and 324 both beds sat low. and were very very EXTRA HARD. i WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR THAT REASON. none of us got a nights rest!!!!
