Terrible. First, we had to wait until the guy at the front desk was done talking to the housekeeper. They had a full on conversation while I stood there waiting to be helped, maybe 3-4 minutes. When he did help me, he tried to be cute and flirty, and it just came across as unprofessional. I booked the room, but my son was going to pay for it because he can be reimbursed for the cost. Everything was good except the breakfast. And our room wasn’t the cleanest, still had confetti and a open straw on the floor beside the bed. Close to six flags, jacuzzi and pool kept the kids happy. The staff was friendly.

I stood here for 1 night after a long day at six flags. I was expecting to come take a nice shower and relax. However there was no hot water. From what I was told there was no hot water for days. I was not made aware of this when checking in as well. I found out 20 mins after attempting to shower. I have tried now for 3 weeks to speak with a manger in regards to some type of compensation and they have yet to call me back after 4 attempts I was told I would get a call back. Horrible

This is literally the nastiest hotel I have stayed at in a LONG time. The fridge had a half gallon of rotten milk left over from another guest. The breakfast had hair in the eggs and was accentuated by the stale blistering Missouri heat without AC, and in our 3 day stay there were no breakfast drinks available. We asked the front desk for proper housekeeping services and received none - and when I brought this to his attention he said “I don’t know, I just work here” At one point after repeated request for housekeeping, they “went above and beyond in customer service” by placing 3 towels just inside the door and doing absolutely nothing else. Along with the food kept in the fridge from another persons stay, we also found belongings to said other person within the room. If you’re looking for a cheap room to pick up some form of disease or some random person off the street, this is an ideal location for you.

Reviews of this hotel appear to be based on the prior Drury Inn. This hotel is extremely run down, the outside looks abandoned, we were not even sure where to enter to check in. The lobby seemed promising but the hallways are covered in stained carpets. The elevator was filthy and extremely slow, multiple broken lights on the wall, dirty vents in hallways and towels left by doors. Our room itself was okay, but we were a party of 3 and given a room with two washcloths and a quarter roll of toilet paper. The front staff was friendly and provided washcloths and toilet paper with no issues. The pool was so cloudy you were unable to see the bottom with a yellow film on top and the hot tub was black! My son was unable to swim during our 4 day stay as the pool was so unclean I felt it would not be safe. The breakfast was a joke, the first day no one was there, the rest of the days the chose was eggs or cereal with no milk. This hotel is dirty and poorly managed, stay somewhere else!

Facilities were clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast wasn’t great. They were out of most things around an hour before breakfast ended but you could tell they were trying. Also the AC in the room wasn’t the best and the bathroom stayed very hot. We had to leave the bathroom door opened anytime we were in there just for air. We ended up leaving a day early due to the air problems. However for the price I would consider staying again.

Staff were great, however they were working woth what they had. Our room was decent, but for the cost per night it could have been nicer. The pool and hot tub were gross. We stayed two nights and nothing was cleaned while we were there. The hallways had trash and pieces of old food on the floors from the time we check until we checked out. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The had very limited choices and didn't even have spoons for the circle. The juice machine was out of order and they did not have any other beverage options.

Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs We stayed at Heritage Inn & Suites by Wyndham and it was, hands down, one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. To start, we found puke-covered pillowcases in the closet. Yes—actual vomit. No sheets were provided for the pull-out bed, and when we asked for some, we were told they were “locked up” and that Megan couldn’t access them. Her solution? Offer us a different room, but with no assurance it had been properly cleaned either. At 10:30 p.m., she promised us sheets… which we didn’t receive until 5 p.m. the next day, after we had already spoken with the GM and had housekeeping come clean our entire room. And even then—they left the puke-stained linens behind like some sort of souvenir. The pool was cloudy, the breakfast area was filthy, and unless you’re the first in line, don’t expect food—they don’t restock anything. Eggs and sausage were your only options, and even those were limited. There was also a lot of sketchy activity in the parking lot at night—enough to make us feel uncomfortable even walking to our car. Not a great vibe for families. Overall, the hotel was dirty, disorganized, and the staff seemed completely without leadership or accountability. And those glowing Expedia reviews? Don’t believe them—they’re not describing this place. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First, the girl that worked the front desk in the evening/night was very rude. Then, to top it off there was no hot water. After waiting all day, because someone was supposedly working on the water situation, i went to the front desk to ask for an update. She let it slip that they had no hot water for 3 days, so i asked her why she didnt let us know that when we checked in and her response was that she was told what she could say and what she couldnt say.

It was a little loud from the interstate outside, there was hair in most of the drawers in the room but otherwise the rest was clean. The hot tub didn’t work in the pool area. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was ok. For the price, I would stay there again.

The staff was great, but the hotel itself has problems. There are 400 rooms with only 1 luggage cart. It could not be found. No toilet paper in room or at the front desk. They were waiting on an order. No working tv remotes in the room.

The absolute worst experience. No hot water our entire stay. Tuesday-Friday. The front desk kept saying it’s being worked on. Or they just finished give it 15 minutes. And it was a lie. I requested our room to be cleaned. And all they did was bring two new towels and left them on our tv stand. I took out my own trash. The ac wasn’t working in our room either. It wouldn’t go under 72. It was extremely loud all night too. I spoke to other guests and everyone had shared complaints. The only friendly person was Katelyn. The other employees were rude or simply lacked hospitality.

The pool was only open until 9pm and opened at 10am. When you have kids it needs to be open late until at least 10 and open at 8am. It’s not like they were cleaning it because the water was murky and look terrible. We own a pool and it’s not that hard to keep clean and night shift could certainly maintain it. I’m a nurse and work night shift so again not unfamiliar with that shift. Also no hot water in the room I hate cold showers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will probably pick a hotel that is more accommodating for my family’s needs.
