The person who checked us in was very nice and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The hallway outside our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the elevator didn’t stop on our floor unless it was already coming from another floor, which was inconvenient. The carpets were stained, and the overall noise level was high — we could hear people yelling outside and in the hallways at all hours.
It’s not a total dump, but it reminded me of the kind of place I would’ve stayed in during college with friends while trying to save money for a concert trip. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it might suit travelers looking for a budget-friendly option who don’t mind a little chaos.
