Area seemed a little sketchy but it was close to things I wanted to do and was generally comfortable. Staff was great and dealt with some ornery people with grace. Good job at the customer service!

This hotel has really been going downhill for the last few years. Really a shame because it used to be pretty nice.

First off how can someone let a building get like that it smelt like urine in the room my grandma couldn’t even use the bathroom because of the stench and the room had big balls of lint and trash on the couches the beds had stains didn’t dare put our stuff on there it was just a horrible experience I would like a refund and please someone get it together there it’s bad.

Rooms where not cleaned well found trash under bed. Air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep in our sweat.

The staff are acting like we live in a halfway house when I stay here. They forget it is a paid stay and not jail. They charge you for every little thing

The tv didnt work, you had to hit the door with your sholder to get it to open or close the room was 88 degrees when we got in it and with the ac on didnt get under 80 degrees. The only positive thing was the worker was very nice at check in. Its a CHEEEP place to stay but still not worth the price paid.

When I walked in, he had stuff still on the wall. It looked like some blood or something that was on the bathroom door like soon you open the door the microwave didn’t work.But other then that is was ok

Flies

Upon checking in to our room that was already set up we came across several issues with our 1st room. The door was hard to open and when we 1st attempted to close it there was an issue with the lock sticking and not wanting to close. Then once we got in we wanted to eat and shower. There however where several flies in the room And not small nats. We shushed them away. After that we decided to shower. The tub was filthy. And my boyfriend attempted to use the toilet but there was no water in the tank to the back of the toilet. We informed front desk. Without any hassle we where moved to another room (considered an upgrade due to the circumstances). Once again filthy tub. Flies met us at the door AGAIN !! Our fridge didn't keep things cool either..... Upon waking up to Leave out we showered only to see several bed bugs bites on both of us. We where on a tight schedule and both needed to work early.. The lobby was full of guests so we decided to wait for the opportunity to inform you that these happened. This is my 2nd visit to this location. And I am not happy and shall not return. Our hard earned money was wasted. The only actual employee that maintained professionalism was Yolanda. I was locked out my room from 10pm til at least 730am. The latch was half hung and the door was stuck. The gentleman from 2nd shift refused to look into the issue and laughed it off and left. Yolanda insured my safety and took care of business...
